Jom kita cuba buat puding traditonal barat pula ye hari ni, lepas makan nasi tu memang sesuailah makan dessert omputih ni, nak buat pun senang, ala-ala kastard keramel, cumanya takde keramel, bahan-bahan pun ringkas, puding ni sedap di makan panas-panas, di tambah lagi dengan aroma serbuk kulit kayu manis tu lagi lah membankitkan selera, ros amik resepi ni dari website allrecipies.com, resepi dari Alpha Wilson.

Ingredients ( menghasilkan 3 acuan remekin saiz kecil bentuk love)

1 egg ( ros guna telur saiz L)
1 cup milk ( 150ml susu segar)
3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg ( ros gantikan dengan serbuk cinnamon)

Directions
1. In a bowl, lightly beat the egg. Stir in the milk, sugar, vanilla and salt until combined. Pour into two ungreased 6-oz. custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place in an 8-in. square baking dish; add 1 in. of hot water to the pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.

Nota: Kalau makan dengan aiskrim atau yogurt pun sedap ni, dan kalau nak lebihkan masa membakar tu lagi 5 minit pun boleh, biar permukaan atas tu lagi perang. : )
